I have a new addition to my family...a baby...rabbit! No, not a human child. Actually, my rabbit is full grown and I have no idea how old she is because I "rescued" her. The rabbit's previous owner told me I could keep their rabbit after finding it twice outside. Now, the rabbit is an indoor bunny and she's slowly getting use to all of the new changes. We're calling her Lillie because that's her name. I figured that with all of the other changes, Lillie doesn't need to learn a new name.

At first, my main concern about getting Lillie was how my dog would react to having to share attention with another animal. My dog is Queen of the house and sharing anything is completely out of the question. However, I explained to her that Lillie needed a good home too with people who would love her and treat her like royalty. While my dog still has run of most of the house, Lillie has her areas too. For now, I'm keeping them separated to avoid possible ugliness. We'll see how it goes.
